Drs. Lane and Laura Smothers Announce their Retirement

Drs. Lane and Laura Smothers are retiring from medical practice on 1/1/26. 

Casper General Surgery will be acquired by Kati Jo Tuma MMS PA-C, who will maintain our medical records and continue providing women’s healthcare, pain interventions, and regenerative medicine in our current location under the name “Black Mountain Wellness”. 

Existing gynecology patients may continue care after 1/1/26 with Kati Tuma PA.  Patients who wish to transfer or obtain medical records may do so by obtaining a release of PHI form from our office or here, on our website. 

Completed forms may be faxed to 307-337-4984, or mailed to 1540 Centennial Ct #300, Casper, WY 82609.
